Terms of service

By using TreeHere (the "Service") you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not create an account.

1. What the Service is

TreeHere is a platform that lets you publish your own page with your links, social networks and contact details, and check basic metrics for that page. Your page is published at an address built from the username you choose.

2. Your account

3. Your content and what you publish

You are solely responsible for the content you publish: links, texts, images and data you share through your page.

You cannot use the Service to publish illegal or misleading content (phishing, scams or identity theft), content that incites hatred or violence, child sexual abuse material, spam, malware, or anything that infringes third-party rights.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break this section, warning you whenever possible.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is". You cannot use it to resell access, to automate a high volume of visits, or to bypass the limits of the plan you signed up for.

5. Trial, subscriptions and pricing

6. Analytics

Your page's analytics are aggregated visit and click counters. We do not show personal data about your visitors and we do not track who clicks each link.

7. Intellectual property

You keep all rights over what you publish. You only grant us the permission needed to host it and show it on your page. The brand, software, design and name of the Service belong to TreeHere.

On the Free plan we show the text "Made with TreeHere" on your page. The Pro plan removes it.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that pose a legal or technical risk to the Service. When it ends, your page stops being public and we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service always available, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruptions or that every link you publish will stay available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will warn you by email or with a notice in your panel at least 15 days before a change takes effect. If you do not accept the new terms, you can close your account.
